This role is responsible for monitoring and managing existing and prospective activities of the Money Account customer. The Customer Engagement Specialist will project manage initiatives based on need and will play a part in analysing product drivers and designing campaigns around communication in order to drive specific behaviours for the improvement of profitability.

KRA's
Data analysis, interpretation and campaign performance tracking, measurement and reporting.
Market Analysis Assess and analyse client key performance indicators to optimise and improve profitability

Executes existing Customer Life Cycle Management strategies from post-acquisition to closure
Identifies, develops and executes engagement and retention initiatives to drive maximum customer utilisation of product
Project Management
Manage initiatives and campaigns
Strategy
Identifies best practise to optimise and improve client product activation and utilisation

Welcome call management and developing new customer engagement activities

Job Requirements
Marketing degree/diploma
Experience developing & executing customer engagement/retention initiatives in transactional banking.
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar environment
Relevant process/operational experience
Experience in tracking analytics
