Large Retail company requires a Customer Relations Agents to provide telephonic and email support with regards to queries, complaints and product information related to in-store supermarket services and web/mobile products in a professional manner.

3 years complaints experience

Job Objectives:

Customer Support (Vebal and written)

Mobile & Web product user support

Administration

Customer Service (must be able to think on your feet)

MUST speak/write Afrikaans and English

Hours: 40 hours work week, scheduled any five days from Monday to Sunday, including public holiday:

Mon - Sat: 08h00 - 17h00

Sun/PH:  09h00 - 14h00

Ideal candidate:  Team Leader/ on the level of just becoming team leader.
