Our client in the office automation industry urgently seeks a Customer Service Sales Officer who has experience in interfacing between the company and its clients.

Since the customer service sales officer is the first and most regular point of contact with a customer their duty is to make a good impression by being professional, pleasant, helpful, patient and above all knowledgeable about the products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• To meet customers needs and ensure they feel valued and appreciated;
• Previous sales experience essential;
• Must be driven by targets and achieve daily goals;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships;
• Be a key asset for the business and a source of competitive advantage in attracting customers to purchase their goods and services and retain their loyalty;
• To pitch additional products such as upgrades, new products and related purchases to enhance sales;
• A mimimum of 2 -3 years experience is essential;
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Previous office automation experience will be preferrable, however training will be given;

SALARY R16K plus comm 15%
