Customer Relationship Manager - Salary - R20 000 neg (Depending on experience)

Job Description
Working within the sales department of a leading office automation company situated in Centurion, this role will be responsible for taking care of key clients and includes retention of accounts, identifying sales opportunities and overall client satisfaction and integrated services.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree
At least three to five years' experience in sales, client service or account management
Beneficial
Demonstrates experience influencing broad group of stakeholders
Proven record of sales retention
Experience in the office automation
Further responsibilities include:
Plan all engagements including goals, deliverables, schedules and budgets by managing the workflow process with support from company’s producers by prioritizing projects and resources and by working across accounts to and ensure that teams are staffed appropriately.
Monitoring, projecting and providing innovative solutions to the client’s issues.
Using the company’s resources creatively to support client’s business with the ability to lead, guide and manage the entire collaborative team across many different disciplines.
Manage the practices, strategies and technologies that the company use to manage and analyse customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth
Compile information on customers across different channels -- or points of contact between the customer and the company -- which could include the company's website, telephone, live chat, direct mail, marketing materials and social media.
Keep detail on customer-facing staff detailed information on customers' personal information, purchase history, buying preferences and concerns and manage as such
Lead accounts, focused on driving measurable business results for clients.
The position is accountable of for managing client engagements including the overall client satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of the company’s services
Understanding the essential dynamics, strategies and drivers of the company’s business and their challenges.
Independently lead and make decisions that properly balance the needs of account such as those of clients, internal goals and teams.
Ensuring overall quality of work.
Managing client expectations, objectives, and timelines.
Acting as a resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions.
Occasional travel and significant time spent onsite with the client is expected.
Monthly management meetings with the customers to deliver service delivery, usage trends and detailed user reports will be expected. Feedback to management will be a must.
Key communication with the customer will be a must at all times and will be expected to drive communications to the customer between all divisions of the company and to assist any of the divisions in their monthly requirements if and when needed.
Salary – R20 000 neg (Depending on experience)
