MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12
• 2 Years customer service experience with one year Call Centre experience.
• Computer literacy (MS Office and Internet) with the ability to learn CRM software systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound and outbound calls according to set standards.
• Record all customer transactions on the Customer service Centre systems from which reports are generated.
• Resolve queries within the required turnaround time.
• Follow through all queries, requests and complains timeously.
• Conducts customer satisfaction survey.
• Courteously answer inbound calls.
• Respond to trainee enquiries.
• Provide service to trainees and answer their questions and inquiries via phone and e-mail.
• Manage and update trainee databases with the status with final resolutions.
• Evaluate problems of the trainees and provide logical solutions.
• Compile comprehensive reports on call statistics.
