Patrico Direct acts as the middleman connecting well-known clients to their customer base, through face-to-face interaction. What separates Patrico Direct from many of our competitors is the fact we build all our client's advertising, sales and marketing campaigns from scratch. Our objectives are to project great brand awareness as well as providing new customer acquisition and retention, allowing the brand to grow. Customer service and Sales Assistants are involved in every step of the process, so its a great opportunity for people that are looking to get their foot in the door and grow with us!

All successful Retail/ Customer Service assistants will communicate daily on behalf of our client with customers, face-to-face in order to build a long-lasting relationship and introduce good quality customers to the brand. All product training will be provided, so no previous customer service or sales experience is required.

Requirements - All applicants must be in possesion of Matric certificates or equivalent qualifications, 18 years of age or over currently live and eligible to work in the South Africa. Be able to commute to Nelspruit city centre on a daily basis Possess great communication skills, be hardworking and self-motivated, competitive and driven to succeed.
