Senior Customer Service Professionals are sought for this exciting career opportunity within a Financial Services Call Centre. We are seeking only the best candidates with superb written and spoken English, you will be confident and articulate and accustomed to liaising with colleagues and clients on a global scale.

A focused, responsible and accountable team player you will be adept at handling specialised queries, escalations and difficult complaints. We further require the following as a minimum in order to apply:

Matric with Maths/Accounting
A completed relevant degree or one in progress is highly preferable
Excellent English spoken and written skills
MS Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
At least 3 years experience as an Inbound Customer Service Consultant with at least 1 of those years in a more senior role handling complex queries, escalations etc.
A good credit profile and clear criminal record
Must be willing and able to work shifts within a 24/7 call center environment
A solid track record of employment with no job hopping.
