Basic Functions

• Make outgoing calls each day to prospective clients to sell premium services
• Achieve and exceed predetermined sales goals and objectives reports
• Proactively research, solicit, and follow-up on sales leads
• Review, contact, and qualify marketing-generated leads, manage inbound sales requests received via web, email, and phone.
• Research targeted leads and accounts to identify decision makers, understand need and service/buying cycles, and enable effective sales
• Cold-call prospects generated from internal marketing programs, or accounts identified for Inside Sales coverage,
• Investigates the background of prospects through internet research and use of internal tools
• Drive revenue growth and increase market share through business partnerships and collaboration
• Navigate internal websites to provide customers with pricing, promotions and service information within their respective service area
• Provide detailed factual information and advice
• Regularly update own knowledge of new products, procedures and organizational changes, etc. to address customer queries promptly
• Negotiate pricing programs with new clients to gain consistent revenue flow while protecting profitable margin.


General Skills

• Excellent communication and phone skills, with an ability to think and react to situations confidently
• Demonstrate ability to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and negotiate creative solutions
• Must be assertive, persistent, and result-oriented, ability to work in a team environment and adhere to department guidelines
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Able to work non-traditional hours including weekends and public holidays as needed

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Favorable integrity checks
• Ability to work nightshift, current shift if 3pm till 12am. Preferably having worked a late/nightshift before
