Salary for the first 6 months R6350 (Basic), after the 6 month probation R7125 (Basic) + Performance Bonus, Skills Bonus & Company Benefits
CBD Location, working hours would be shifts, candidates must be flexible.

Your core responsibility will be to assist clients telephonically and via correspondence with all customer service queries. Ensure that the Service Levels of the call centre are met and maintained.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Previous customer service minimum 6 months (travel and tourism preferable)
• Airline industry experience will be an added advantage
• Highly skilled computer literacy
GERMAN OR HEBREW speakers
• Above average written and verbal skills
• Willing and able to work shifts
• ITC/CRIM Clear
