We are looking for a young, dynamic person who is able to answer e-mails, calls, knows how to use Microsoft Office and are able to navigate websites and the online environment extremely well.
Duties Include:
Handling of inbound calls
Excellent verbal, written communication and comprehension skills
Excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage own workload
Dependable, confident, enthusiastic, empathetic and innovative
PC Literacy using MS Office, plus excellent keyboard skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule (shift work and available to work weekends)
Impeccable attendance record
