Position: Customer Service Consultant

Salary: R5 000 - R7 200 CTC + Benefits

Location: Cape Town (CBD)

Our client, an established, specialist outsourcing company providing customer services to clients in the UK and Europe, currently has MANY exciting positions for Customer Service Consultants who seek to build a career within the insurance industry.

This position would be GREAT for you if you enjoy managing inbound calls from international customers. This includes receiving and making outbound calls, taking on action and escalations handling with a focus on providing exceptional Customer Satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / equivalent ( Essential)
Unbroken 6 months’ work experience within a UK-campaigned customer services contact centre Good written and verbal communications skills
Good Computer skills (MS Office)

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

1 years’ UK insurance/ Insurance/ UK-campaigned customer service experience

Main duties will include, but are not limited to

Providing telephonic and email-support customer services to international customers
Ensuring that process transactions are processed in line with Client’s standards
Ensuring that the assigned targets are met
Ensuring high quality standards are maintained within predefined parameters
Ensuring adherence to the Client’s policies and procedures
Ensuring fair methods are used to upsell additional cover as per guidelines
Focusing on customer satisfaction, rapport building, effective communication and timely resolution of the customer’s concerns
