KPI's:

Assist Clients via telephone
Identify client needs
Provide outstanding customer service
Resolve complaints

Minimum requirements:

2016 Matriculant with 60% or more in maths
Call centre experience is advantageous
Willing to work shifts
Excellent verbal and written communication
English & Afrikaans speakers
South African citizen with green barcode ID
