Biofitt Wellness is a Health and wellness company based in the Tygervalley area seeking an experienced, well-spoken outbound call centre agent, with a keen interest in health and wellness to service our clients professionally on a nationwide focus.
The position entails to set appointments with clients and to collect health-related information. The majority of our clients are Afrikaans speaking and therefore it is imperative that the successful candidate is fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English.

The position is available from the 1st of July 2017. Training will be provided under the supervision of a senior agent.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Contact clients via telephone and set up appointments for the relevant health practitioner
• Inform clients by following a script on what our service and/or appointment entails
• Respond to questions or queries in a professional manner at all times
• Identify and overcome objections
• Escalate complaints or queries to senior management
• Take the customer through the service process
• Obtain and capture customer information
• Maintain client/potential client databases
• Complete records of telephonic interactions
• Meet and adhere to monthly targets and protocols

Education and Experience

• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans is a must ( read, write, speak and understand )
• Call Centre experience at a Medical Aid Call Centre would be an added advantage
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Good typing skills (+- 25-30 wpm)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel, adequate email and internet skills
• Proven track record in engaging with clients
