REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Tertiary qualification would be beneficial
Exceptional computer capabilities – must have experience with order processing software
Car and a valid drivers license
3/5 years’ experience as a customer service manager in a technical or electrical environment


DUTIES:

Thorough knowledge of the business operations and processes to effectively support the customers
Taking ownership of all customers issues throughout the business departments, following problems through to resolution, from start to finish
Work with the Order Processing, Technical and Warehouse departments to coordinate the resolution
Managing customers’ expectations
Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve i
Provide information as required by the customer
Improving customer service experience
Company return policy management
Record keeping and writing reports
Providing feedback
Respond to customers via phone and email in a timely manner
Liaise with the Account Manager to keep them informed of outcome
Time management
