We're seeking Customer Service Representative working at the Information desk at a Shopping Mall in Umhlanga.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ability;
Deal effectively with customer queries and complaints
Communicate personally and telephonically with a diverse group of shoppers and clients
Provide feedback to Centre Management with regards to suggestions, complaints and compliments in order to provide a better shopping environment
Control the sales of gift vouchers
Handle cash daily
Assist with promotional activities
Handle irate customers and tenants
Provide relief for switchboard and reception

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric/ Grade 12
MUST live close to Gateway Shopping Mall
Speaks well
1 - 2 years Face to face customer experience
Presentable
Can work with cash and pin pad transactions

Package & Remuneration
Salary : R40 per hour
Location: Gateway - Umhlanga
Contract: 1 month probation with the possibility of a 1 Year Contract
