You will be responsible for taking calls from customers, in a timely and professional manner, assisting them with general account maintenance and billing enquiries. Previous call centre experience is advantageous, but not imperative. A background in high volume call resolution within any discipline, good phone manner, general etiquette and a genuine passion for customer service are the desired attributes that this role requires
