Main objective:

My client an Online Gaming firm based in Sandton, Johannesburg requires a Customer Service Specialist to join our young dynamic Team. The successful candidate will be required to respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions for our International Customers/Clients.

Your key performance areas will be Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues, Walk customers through problem-solving processes, Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved, Get feedback from customers, Escalate queries to third party service providers.

Your Skills and Qualification required:

• Matric (Mathematics essential); Diploma or Degree.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must have a minimum of one year’s work experience in a customer service role.
