Customer Service/Sportsbook Host

Opportunity available for a Customer Service Consultant to join a leading online sportsbook.

Requirements:
Own Transport
Passionate about sports with a good understanding of online sports betting
Solid customer care experience
Strong customer skills; ability to create rapport with customers, via telephone, chat and email
Former telemarketing experience
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Duties:
Customer relationship building regarding sports and betting of products and services.
Respond promptly and interact effectively with sports punters via a different number of channels.
Proactively contact customers to assist with signup, FICA and deposit processes.
Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
Provide technical support to customers.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer experience.
Guide customers through the website and assist them using the various services and products offered.
Day to day administration
Act as an ambassador for the company as first point of contact
