Inbound Call Centre Agents

ADY STAFFING SOLUTIONS wants to take your excellent Customer Service to the next level!!!

Your love for providing the best customer experience is in demand. We are in search of Customer Service Specialists to provide excellent service to our Exisiting Customers. Successful incumbents will need to assist Clients with queries efficiently and effectively.

The following are key pre-requisites to apply:

· Matric with English as a first language

· A clear criminal & credit record

· No experience needed

· Computer literate

· Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English

· Ability to work shifts between Monday to Friday within the hours of 8am to 4pm

* Training is provided for free for one week before commencing work

* Shift allowance for shifts ending from 7pm onward

The position is based in the Southern Suburbs in a vibrant and upmarket area and is close to all amenities.
