Our client is a rapidly growing in the soft drink market, providing consumers a range of affordable products, on a strong taste platform.

Purpose of position:
To effectively manage and enhance customer service levels through standard operating practice methodologies to increase our client’s market share.

Key Performance Areas:
Supervise and monitor inbound and outbound calls from customer service agent team;
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure customer service excellence;
Handle customer service complains, queries and surveys analysed;
Conduct: daily load plan, order planning, generate invoices and delivery packs;
Maintenance of customer master date;
Health, Safety and Quality Assurance

Minimum requirements:
Grade 12;
Drivers Licence, Code B;
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer relations;
Experience in FMCG environment advantageous;
Excellent communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Office:
MS Word
MS Excel
MS Power Point
