Our client is recruiting for the role of Customer Service Manager based in Edenvale, reporting to the Shared Services Support Manager.

Job Profile:
A clear understanding and working knowledge of the predetermined formal Accounts Channel of the FMCG environment, in which the following will have to be implemented and executed:

•Record all queries received on the prescribed company internal systems for record keeping purposes.
•Ensure that all customer queries that are received are recorded and followed up on with relevant feedback to respective customer
•The ability to be able to listen intently to all customer queries received – exceptional listening skills.
•On an adhoc basis help the sales team with ensuring that all customer queries that are received are recorded and followed up on with the relevant feedback to the respective customer.

Position Requirements:

•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with good telephone etiquette.
•Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

•Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
•Competent in MS Office - (advance excel skills)
