Customer Services Representative

LOCATION: Boksburg, East Rand

:Salary : R10000 - R12000 p/m (depending on experience)

TYPE: Temp 6 Months

Responsible for telephonic customer and sales support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Stock availability enquiries, price enquiries, provide alternative solutions
-Making follow up calls to clients and sales reps
-General Administration
-Order management & processing
-Daily Telesales (proactive approach)
-Management & release of Back orders
-Follow up on deliveries
-After sales Support (Telephonic support)
-Handling of Inbound calls
PREREQUISITES
- Educational level or equivalent :
Matric
- Professional experience :
Previous sales experience at least 1 year would be advantageous
at least 1 years experience in call centre or customer service environment (face to face)
- Specific training or accreditations :
- Intermediate Excel , Microsoft Office, Email, Data management
- Skills required:
- Accurate, Customer focused, Optimistic, Adaptable, Team player
- Time management skills
- Clear Communication skills verbal & written
- Proficient in English and a 2nd Language.
