Your Job Purpose:

You will provide a world class level of service to customers on the phone and by email and support business development by providing a support to the Sales team. In addition you will produce reports for management.

Your main duties:

•Processing client orders. Checking credit information and pricing / delivery information.
•Handling enquiries from customers and Sales - products, deliveries, pricing, credit notes, returns, etc.
•Liaising with other internal departments.
•Creating new customer accounts.
•Managing client data on the internal system.
•Completing regular reports.

•Motivation
•Ability to multi task.
•Highly organised
•Able to prioritise
•Accurate data entry and management.
•MS Office, including Excel.
