Inbound call centre We want to take your excellent Customer Service to the next level!!! Your love for providing the best customer experience is in demand. We are in search of Customer Service Specialists to provide excellent service. Successful incumbents will need to assist clients with queries. The following are key prerequisites to apply: Matric with English as a first language A clear credit and criminal record Minimum 2 months call centre customer service experience.(inbound) Computer literate Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English Ability to work shifts is critical Monday to Sunday (9am to 4pm). Currently unemployed or can serve a week notice Neutral accent.Salary range: R8000-R12 000p/m.
