Customer Support Representative Position available at a Cape Town (Blouberg/Table View area) based online gaming support company. We are looking to employ vibrant and hardworking individuals to join team.

Minimum Requirements:
Extensive experience in customer service.
Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
Strong administrative and organization skills.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately and responsibly resolve international customer queries and complaints.
Multi-tasking and organizing skills.
Ability and capability to work well under pressure and to remain calm.
Able to manage high work load and remain focused at all times.
Positive attitude and practice self-motivation, to be able to handle upset customers and the ability to turn them into happy customers.
Work well within a team and the ability to meet both the teams and own targets.
Must be willing to work nightshifts, weekends and public holidays.
Preferably aged between 23 to 30 years.
Must have own vehicle.
Residing in the surrounding area would be advantageous.
Must be able to work relevant shifts (Up to 5 fixed 8 hour night shifts per week, including weekends and holidays) and must be able to work morning or afternoon shift, as well as an additional sixth shift in accordance with the company operational needs.
FULLY COMPUTER LITERATE WITH A TYPING SPEED OF 40 – 50 WORDS PER MINUTE
EXPERIENCE IN LIVE CHAT, EMAILS AND CALLS.
EXPERIENCE IN ONLINE GAMING IS IDEAL.
Knowledge on Poker, Casino and Sportsbook would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
Candidate will be the primary contact for international customers, which includes and not limited to; technical support, accounts support, game support and various other support functions via e-mail, chat systems and calls. Multi-tasking is a must, for agents are required to work on multiple systems at one time. The candidate should be able to work well within a team environment and have the ability to handle pressure and workload. Support services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including weekends and Holidays. Own transport for night shifts is a must.
