Our Top Logistics and Distribution client seeks an individual with FMCG experience, as well as excellent Customer Service skills and Management experience. The incumbent will have Customer Support Representatives, Receptionists and Route Controllers reporting in and must have a minimum of five years management experience within the Logistics field. Responsibilities will include managing customer service levels, order fulfillment, customer complaints and resolutions, recalls, building customer relationships, opening new stores, daily route planning and vehicle monitoring, people management and delivery schedules.
