SUMMARY

Our client within the Professional Services Industry, based in the heart of Sandton has an opportunity for a Cyber Security Analyst to join their firm where you will be part of a team responsible for protecting cyberattacks by monitoring systems, identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring high security standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring Networks as well as investigating and responding to security breaches including cyber incidents
Documentation, reporting as well as performing tests
Implementing company-wide best practices for IT security
Conducting security awareness training
Evaluate security threats

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

3-5 Years of exposure to Cyber Security analysis and Information Security
Network penetration testing
Firewalls, Proxies, SIEM, Antivirus and IDPS Concepts
Mitigation of network vulnerabilities
SOC Exposure
Bachelor’s Degree is ideal
CompTIA Security / CompTIA CySA+
Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
Security Operations Analyst Association
