PBT Group is looking for a Data Analyst with 2-3 years relevant experience to analyse, interpret and present data feedback as required by relevant stakeholders to allow the business to make informed decisions.

DUTIES:
- Focused on the effective delivery of immediate work products.
- Works within clearly defined processes and, required to ensure predictable outputs by application of standard procedures.
- Decisions are guided by known solutions to familiar queries or by making choices from a number of similar situations.
- Information is derived through given methods of research and analysis and recorded in given sources and templates.
- Accesses, analyses and evaluates information independently.
- Selects from a wide range of known responses to solve problems.
- Required to troubleshoot and evaluate output.
- Encouraged to deal with issues independently.
- Share information with peers and escalate information on possible process improvements.
- Resolve operational performance variations and problems, drives immediate response and escalates unresolved issues to Leader.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Matric and relevant certificate / diploma advantageous
- 2 to 3 years Data Analysis experience
- Experience within Healthcare will be advantageous
