Data Analytics Reporting Specialist
Urgently looking for a Data Analytics Reporting Specialist,whose responsibility will be to analyze and interpret data in order to support the objectives of the Company.The successful candidate will compile reports, analyze and synthesize data in order to communicate the Company’s metrics to stakeholders. They will also analyze data in order to identify areas of concern in specific areas relating to the company’s capability in the business. This will require combining data from all HR systems to produce a holistic view of our company’s landscape and HR programs that affect them. This position is a 3 month contract and is available immediately

Must Have:
• Bachelor’s Degree required in areas of study such as Business, HR, Statistics, etc
• 6 - 7 years’ experience in effectively analysing and synthesizing large amounts of complex data into relevant insights
• Experience with large databases and SQL (e.g., WorkDay, Peoplesoft, SAP)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
• Experience with HR information systems and reporting modules preferred
• Demonstrated ability to interface with both internal and external business partners and act as liaison when needed
• Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail; process oriented
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, and interpersonal skills
• Exposure to Human Resources Department a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy and employment related laws
• Some consulting experience preferred but not essential
