Data Governance Manager (Permanent / Contract)

This position requires a visionary, results-oriented, thought leader with a customer-focused mindset with responsibility for developing and managing enterprise data policies, standards, and processes. This leader will be responsible for building and leading a team that will drive enterprise data policies and ensure high quality and available information. Additionally, they will be providing daily oversight and strategy execution of enterprise data governance and data quality frameworks consistent with the organization's goals and objectives

Requirements include:
• 6+ years' experience in the design and development of data governance processes and solutions.
• Experience successfully implementing Master Data Management and Data Governance programs
• Responsible for developing data governance roadmaps, evaluating current and future capabilities.
• 5+ years experience in vendor and licence management, data policy creation and maintenance and compliance monitoring
• 5+ years experience in programme and project management, data management, and data warehouse
• Financial services industry experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships throughout all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience working in a fast paced, results oriented corporate environment

Duration: Permanent or 12 Month Contract with option to take on permanent employment contract
