Job Description:

• Technical Support of current network of customers based on SLA of contracts
• Work as Datacom DBA or SYSPROG (Commission, de-commission databases, support current system, upgrade, integration and so on)
• To be able work on flexible hours depends on actual situation (Varied customer work hours, such as weekends, non-working hours)
• Skill sharing with colleagues in the same field.

Skill & Practice requirements:

• Minimum 3 years current experience in Datacom DBA and Sysprog tasks
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Outstanding organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes.
• Services and Network infrastructure knowledge would be beneficial
• Able to assess need for any system re-configurations (minor or significant), make recommendations, and execute them as required
• Interface with internal groups such as Technical Operations and service management
• Interface with external groups such as Vendor Technical Support
• Start – May/June 2016
• Duration – 12 Months (renewable yearly)
