IT Data Base Administrator Leading software Development Company based in Durban would like to employ a IT Data Base Administrator with at least 3-5 years’ experience

Minimum Required Skills:

• Applicants must have a B.Sc. IT or related qualification
• 3-5 years of experience as a developer is a must

Minimum Key Requirements:

•  Administer load balanced webservers and cache server clusters
• Administer SQL servers
• Respond to server monitoring alarms (in house and third party)
• Check event log daily for errors
• Disaster recover planning
• Maintain DRP documentation
• Testing DRP procedures
• Manage and plan SQL backup procedures
