Westvaal, a dynamic motor dealership group in the North West, Gauteng, Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and the Western Cape, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Dealer Principal at Westvaal Klerksdorp.

Duties/Responsibilities
??Manage all dealership aspects including: New and Used Sales, Parts, Service and Finance departments
??Implement marketing strategies in order to optimize business opportunities;
??Ensure that the dealership complies with all relevant company and statutory regulations;
??Manage dealership profits and ensure high levels of productivity in all departments;
??Lead, develop and motivate staff.

Requirements
??A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in the motor industry; a relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial;
??Management and self-driven abilities coupled with exceptional analysis & problem solving skills;
??Development and implementation of policies and procedures, healthy business ethics and professional client service.

Competencies
??Accuracy and attention to detail.
??Ability to work productively in a high pressure environment.
??Manage time effectively and set clearly defined targets
??Computer literate.
