Debtor/ Bookkeeper
Job Description includes but not limited to:
Reporting to the Financial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Maintain and process all debts on a daily basis
? Process all receipts and allocations thereof
? All related bookkeeping functions respectively
Minimum Requirements:
? Tertiary degree – B.Com Accounting or equivalent
? Must have experience in Debtors and Bookkeeping
? Must have a Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience (In the motor/retail industry will be an advantageous
? Attention to detail
? Planning skills, self starter, accuracy under pressure with the ability to think analyticaly
? Computer literacy in MS Office (EXCEL to advanced levels)
? Experience in Pinnacle Dealer Management Software is advantageous
? Working hours are Monday – Friday (8am-5pm) & Half day Saturdays (8pm-1pm)
Salary: R18 000 – R20 000pm, Negotiable based on Experience and Knowledge, plus benefits.
