Debtors Administrator

Based in Phoenix Industrial Park and offering remuneration of between R9k and R12k dependent on experience.
Preference will be given to female applicants in the age range of 30 to 35 and who are able to commence duty immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric
• Relevant degree or diploma

Minimum Requirements:
• MS Office - Word, Excel, Email and Internet
• Pastel ESSENTIAL

Duties (include but not limited to):
1. Recon of bank statement to ensure payments received have been captured
2. Processing invoices
3. Filing on a daily basis
4. All processing through cashbook
5. Calling for monies
6. Releasing monies
7. Opening new accounts
8. Posting to Debtors and Debtors control

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 07h30 to 16h30
Saturday 07h30 to 13h00
Half hour lunch break to be taken at 12h00
2 x 15 minutes tea ****@*****.*** and 15h00
