My client, based in the northern suburbs in Cape Town, is a small and energized team that requires your assistance. They are in partnership with a well-known manufacturing concern with a strong client focused culture. If you have worked in a manufacturing concern before, that will be great, but is not essential. It is crucial though that you have dealt with corporate clients before and that you have dealt with them telephonically, more so than via email.



Qualification:

Matric is essential

Bookkeeping qualification will be beneficial



Skills & Experience:

1 to 2 years working experience as a Debtors Clerk as a minimum requirement

Solid understanding of basic Bookkeeping

SAP experience will be an added advantage and is not essential

Recording AR data

Monitor customer account details

Resolve customer queries

Customer statements

Age analysis

Open new accounts

Maintain customer files

Trade references

Ad hoc duties as required
