Well established firm within the retail industry has an opportunity for an experienced Debtors Clerk / Credit Controller to join their team in Moot, Pretoria area.

R15 000.00 – R20 000.00 per month CTC, depending on experience

Minimum requirements:
• Basic Credit Control / Bookkeeping Diploma of Certificate will be advantage
• Advance Excel Skills
• 4+ years working experience in the same or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English (both written and verbal)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday and 1 Saturday per month
Duties will include but is not limited to:
• Handling of debtor’s book of +/- 500 accounts
• Processing of daily banking
• Ad-hoc administrative duties
• Ensure complete and accurate debtors reports, working papers and customer account statement.
• Resolve all account customer queries independently
• Payments and allocation of payments
• Reconciliations
