Candidate with 3-5 years’ experience in collections of debtors and working with large companies required. The candidate should have a completed Matric, good communication skills, interpersonal skills and be well presented. Pastel experience is essential.

Core duties include:
• Matching payments on the bank statement.
• Capturing customer payments.
• Processing customer discounts. Capturing invoices.
• Opening of new customer accounts.
• Age analysis.
• Cashbook and capturing receipts, collection of outstanding monies, following up on queries.
• Experience dealing with individual and companies on a large scale accounts will advantageous.
