Debtors Clerk – Saldanha / Vredenburg West Coast Western Cape

You will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the rest of the financial department and undertaking the process of invoicing all debtors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner per the company’s financial policies and procedures.

Salary Market Related – As per Experience

Profile:
• Matric/ Grade 12
• Proven working experience as a debtor’s clerk
• Computer literate in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of accounting software programs

Duties:
• Performing the day to day processing of all POD’s and issuing of invoices to the respective clients
• Ensuring that accounts receivable is up to date
• Following up on all enquiries received from debtors
• Ensuring the sorting and matching of invoices issued and payments received
• Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Compiling necessary data and reports monthly
