Debtors Clerk

A well-known company in Epping currently has a position available for a Debtors Clerk.
They are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual to join their Finance team.

Responsibilities:
• Receiving, checking and chasing POD’s
• Matching and scanning POD’s to invoices and deliveries report
• Receiving, checking and chasing pallet returns
• Processing pallet returns in Abaca & reconciling pallets per customer
• Cross referencing and filing credit notes, invoices, POD’s
• Assisting with queries, special customer requests and invoice runs
• Assisting with month end intercompany confirmations & requirements
• Mailing invoices & statements to customers
• Managing and assisting offsite filing requirements for finance
• Assisting finance with special projects

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Completed an accounting course and available to further studies part-time
• Computer literate (MS Office and Accounting packages)
• Debtors assistance experience will be essential
