Our dealership client in Menlyn is currently looking for a Debtors Creditors Clerk with motor dealer and Automate/Kerridge/Autoline experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Matric & 5 years experience

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 To ensure that creditors are reconciled according to company policy.
2 To ensure that payments are made & that the system is kept up to date.
3 To ensure that the filing of the creditors is properly maintained at all times.
4 Following up on queries
5 Keeping to deadlines
6 Any other admin adhoc functions that may be required from time to time
7 Must be computer literate especially Excel
Carrying out of all reasonable instructions/ duties given to you by any member of Management, from time to time.
