Debtors Manager
Well Established Company has this excellent opportunity for an experienced, knowledgeable and competent Debtors Manager in the construction Industry.

Responsibilities
Administration & collection of all sales & outstanding debt
Knowledge of and compliance to quality management system
Capturing of Invoices
Monthly cash flow projections to be handed through of income expected to be received
Debtors to be followed up with daily as to when payment can be expected
Collection of debt and debtor days (90, 60, 30 days)
Reconciliation of debtors on a monthly basis
Administration of debtors (paper & system admin)
Reporting to management regarding status of all debt
Analyzing debtors
Administration of POS transaction & clients
Communication with fellow personnel members
Ensuring all invoices and certificates are signed off and processed on the system by the 24th of each month

Candidate requirements:
Good knowledge of the debtors system
Minimum 4 years in Debtors experience.
Accounting / Finance Qualification
Good communication skills and client relations
Computer Literate, Experience of Buildsmart would be advantageous.
Minimum of two official languages
Knowledge of ISO 9001
