Must be proficient in Afrikaans and English as well as solid SAP experience.

National Services concern based in Centurion, has an opening for a Debtors Supervisor with minimum Grade 12 plus a Credit Management Diploma / B.Com degree, coupled with 3 years experience as a Manager in a Debtors Department and at least 5 years experience as a Credit Controller. KPI's: Manage the Mining Division's Credit Controllers ito collections, meeting deadlines and targets; ensure accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures are processed accurately monthly; perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording AR data; reconcile the AR ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted; verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues for the Division; Facilitate collection of invoices due by sending invoices and reminders and contacting clients; generate statements and reports detailing AR status; reporting problems to Site Managers; compile Excel spreadsheets per site with monthly actual staff compliment posted and agree with the client / Site Manager before invoicing; approval of adjustments on accounts; ensure that credit notes are authorised and passed; distribute age analysis to key personnel; successful candidate must be willing to travel to clients on a weekly / monthly basis in order to resolve queries and confirm invoicing; staff management and development of subordinates.  Preferance will be given to immediate starters.  Must be proficient in Afrikaans and English as well as solid SAP experience.  Contact Joanne on (XXX)-XXX-XXXX or email:
