We require the services of an experienced sales executive for our delegate division. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating delegate sales revenue by means of new business as well as maintaining and growing current client spend.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience
• Minimum of 1 year telephonic sales experience
• Matric certificate
• Proven sales track record
• Target driven
• Composure under pressure
• Conference sales experience a definite advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communications skills – Verbal and written
• Ability to engage and close deals

Duties and Responsibilities
• Generation of new leads
• Market / industry research
• Achieve daily and weekly KPI’s
• Daily / weekly reports
• Ensure weekly and monthly targets are exceeded
• Attending networking sessions or business development opportunities outside of normal working hours – occasional
• Keep abreast of competitor activity
