Our client a leading ICT organisation is seeking a Delivery Solutions Manager Expert - Support and Enabling Services (Network and Infrastructure Security) to join their team in either Midrand or Bellville Cape town.

Note salary is highly negotiable and excellent working environment

Main Purpose:

To develop and design solutions in the support of new business and the retention of current business in line with customer and business requirements.
Job Description:

Analysis and Refinement of customer Requirements and Business Needs, Functional Analysis and High Level Design of solutions.
Collaboration with Service Management and Technical Solution Engineers in order to design solutions in line with specifications of underlying TSSA solution components (standard or nonstandard).
Costing of solutions and services (Operational and T&T), and refining of costs / price throughout the Sales Process, by utilizing International tools such as ITO-Calc.
Agreement with Service Lines for cost and technical approvals, engagement with Procurement and Pricing Departments for cost inputs.
Customize where required and applicable, designs of standard TSI Service Offerings for customer specific situations.
Accountable for the creation of proposals within contracted or agreed timeframes, that include description, specifications, production costs, underlying assumptions, frameworks, service delivery model, dependencies and technical risks.
Provide inputs for the development of Transition and Transformation Plans in order to ensure the proposed solution can be implemented within the required timeframes and engage and support the Project Office in a consultative role during Transition and Transformation activities until formal hand over / sign off to Delivery.
Assist contract manager with verifying the standard services descriptions or provide inputs where new service descriptions need to be drafted.
Technical engagement with internal and external stakeholders (partners, suppliers, vendors etc) in support of the proposed solution.
Responsible for designing solutions with multiple components that may span more than one service line and can encompass details from all 4 Enterprise Architecture domains; Process, Information/Data, Application and Technology, as well as Solutions Integration and Security
Provide Subject Matter Expertise and articulate proposed solutions to internal stakeholders and clients
Qualifications and experience required:

Matric -Essential B. Degree / Diploma or equivalent - Essential
Recognized architecture certification and experience (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL, Cobit, ISO2700XX)
Specific experience in Security Solution Crafting and Design (Industry related certification preferred)
7 or more years experience in IT industry 5 to 10 years experience in IT solution design.
3-5 years experience in the Infrastructure and Network security technologies which includes, Firewalling, IPS, Vulnerability management, encryption,PKI, AV and Patch management etc.)
Solid background and understanding of Security Services in terms of solution design, service delivery and operational support
Strong background and knowledge of Cross Functional Services / ITIL Disciplines (e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Availability Management and SACM) as well as the technology enablers for these disciplines
