Job Description:
Inventory/Material Planner

A global multi-level marketing corporation that develops, markets, and sells nutrition supplements, weight management, sports nutrition, and personal-care products

Responsible for product availability in SA – inventory levels meet product demand. Includes
Pull items approval of the ASCP proposal and initiating resupply order (flow EMEA Distribution Centre Venray – SA)
Monitor and follow up for push items (flow US/EMEA manufacturer)
Create kitting plan for 3rd party LSP and monitor execution to forecast
Inventory development
Proactive communication re stock situations via Sales and Marketing team
Input into company forecast
Propose and implement improvements to increase service levels, efficiency and effectiveness in relation to product availability and replenishment process

5+ years in Material Management and Inventory Deman Planning

Multi-national eqperience

Knowledge and understanding of Planning systems(DRP, ASCP, Min-Max)
