Vacancy exists for a Deployment Administrator within the Financial Services Sector. The purpose of the role is to support the sales to deployment and change control processes with all required administration. The successful incumbent will report to the Deployments and Logistics Manager.

Job Description:

  • Ensure sales folders received contain correct and complete information
  • Follow up with sales reps if there is missing information to fast track installation process
  • Ensure contracts are completed correctly
  • Loading of master data on SAP
  • Sending job instructions for site inspections
  • All general filing of completed documentation
  • Carry out adhoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Matric, Admin Related qualification
  • 2-5 years’ sales administration related experience

  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Excellent presentation, planning and organisation skills
  • Hands On
  • Must be self-driven, innovative and a strong team player
