Large hotel in Rustenburg is looking for a Deputy General Manager focused on F&B.

Duties:

These will include but not restricted to management of duties and quality of work, people management, personal presentation and profitability.
Ensure the overall smooth running of the F&B operation
Responsible for the monitoring and control of all food and beverage results inclusive but not limited to food, beverage, operating equipment and operating supplies.
Responsible for maintaining Service Standards in all F&B areas relating to management
Responsible for relevant department revenues, welfare, training, expense control, operating equipment, direct costs, departmental payroll and other expenses in order to achieve set budgets.
Manage workplace relations through adherence to the relevant legislation and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years operational experience in Food and Beverage at a Senior Management level
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong Leadership and Management Skills
Computer literate in MS office, Protel
Innovation and creativity, Customer Service focus
Solid understanding of relevant legislation, relating to the F&B industry.
Fluent in English
