5 years previous Game Lodge Management experience required

Hospitality Management qualification

Prior bush lodge experience an absolute must – preference given to those who have worked in luxury Southern African bush properties
Must have an obsession with attention to detail and guest satisfaction
All rounder ; Food & Beverage ; Rooms Division ; Maintenance ; Banqueting & Conferences Departments
Working closely with the Executive Chef and F&B team, a strong F&B background would be a big plus
A born leader who is comfortable mentoring, training and supporting the diverse cultural team
Excellent guest contact skills – must be used to dealing with high end international clientele
Due to the remote location, candidate must be a good planner who is at home with logistics challenges
Astute financial acumen and the ability to identify and maximise new revenue streams
Fluent English is essential
Salary R20 000 - R25 000 including cottage and company benefits.
