We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Unit Manager to take on the role of Deputy Nursing Manager within a private hospital based in Pietermaritbzurg. The incumbent will assist the Nursing Manager in all related job functions, including budgeting, HR and recruitment, SOP compilation and implementation, reporting, and general management of all Unit Managers and Nursing procedures. The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position: • Registered with the SANC as a Professional Nurse • Postgraduate qualification in Nursing Management and Administration is preferred • A minimum of 7 years’ Unit Management expertise • Extensive private hospital exposure, with strong knowledge of the private sector operational requirements and policies within various wards • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Strong leadership skills • Advanced Computer Literacy Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to ****@*****.***.
